BACKYARD LOBSTER CLAMBAKES, CHOWDAS AND CATERING
Your bake will take approximately 4 hours from set up to break down. Your team of bakemasters will arrive 1 1/2 to 2 hours prior to your requested meal serve time and set up the bake. We will bring all the necessary equipment for the bake, a grill (if necessary), serving equipment based on your choice of serve style. We provide disposable Lobster platters, Chowder bowls, wet naps, bibs and lobster crackers. We do not provide table cloths, chairs, tables, cutlery or napkins. At the conclusion of the meal, all leftovers will be packaged in to-go containers for easy storage.
Buffet style- Each item will be placed in metal buckets and will be served buffet style.
Plated style two ways: Our clambake captains will fill the lobster platters with all offerings and the filled plates will be displayed on the buffet. *
For a more formal presentation for a sit down dinner: Each person will receive their lobster plate completely filled and presented to them at their table.
